The Modern Hands
The Fire Trine again, in the grammars the twentieth century invented — silkscreen, flat Californian acrylic, loaded impasto, and the black ink of the 1890s. These are the only pieces in the shop with no historical plate behind them. We say so here rather than let you find out.
